Adobe had the opportunity to capitalize on new mobile web growth around the world. This new mobile audience expects mobile-friendly experiences to take high-value actions. Adobe embarked on a modern best-in-class user experience.
Initiated the new focus on Adobe Creative Cloud mobile efforts with 240 million visitors per year and $40 million mobile revenue. Established mobile web strategy and led its implementation across the Creative Cloud organization worldwide with up to 15% lift in conversion for winning mobile components, including 1,300% app download increase.
Delivered FY21/FY22 mobile web component strategy and implementation with the UX/UI studio, engineering, analytics, and producer teams focused on mobile web engagement, mobile app downloads, and buy/try ARR through the development of mobile web components used across Adobe’s Creative Cloud organization worldwide.

Universal Help and Support Product Management

Autodesk provides professional design software and services for the architecture, civil engineering, and entertainment industries worldwide, with $3 billion revenue.
Owned the Universal Help product capabilities and features implementation and the global expansion to 40 countries. Universal Help provides millions of Autodesk customers with self-help and contacts for human-help at every point in the customer journey. Universal Help supports case call reduction, increased sales, acquired sales leads, and customer satisfaction sales KPIs.
Managed the relationship with stakeholders from around the world seeking insights, prioritization, alignment, compliance and best product fit for customers of different Autodesk properties and ensuring quality localization and business readiness worldwide.

Customer Orders History and Tracking Product Management

Macy’s is the fifth largest retailer in the United States with over $1 billion web sales and 35 million monthly unique visitors.
Delivered new customer product experiences for Macys.com and Bloomingdales.com ecommerce websites. Provided a modern and responsive desktop and mobile user experience for order history and details, order tracking, order delivery confirmation email, SMS, push notifications, and voice-activated Amazon Alexa order tracking.
Owned the customer experience, product, features, KPIs, and represented the business priorities to stakeholders, UX, creative, analytics, copy, legal, and engineering teams.

Digiguys Apps eCommerce Optimization Product Management

Lead and manage all aspect of the Digiguys app eCommerce and marketing website focusing on awareness, consideration, and conversion customer journey. The Digiguys app website is one of several discovery channels for the mobile app products, and it has been developed with mobile web in mind.
The Digiguys website encourages engagement with the mobile app products via carefully created product descriptions, social proof indicators, long-format blog articles, educational materials, videos, customer support, and real-time chat capabilities. These features ultimately guide prospects to purchase through Apple App Store CTAs and QR codes.
Work closely with SEO vendors on SEO/ASO alignment, follow Google SEO standards, optimize through A/B Testing on pages, and monitor metrics including traffic, users, sessions, bounce rate, session duration, and conversion through Google Analytics. Manage seasonal and holiday campaigns including email campaigns.

Digiguys Consumer iOS iPhone and iPad apps Product Management

Defined company products vision, strategy, planning, and implementation of 12 consumer mobile apps for the Apple iOS ecosystem with thousands of paid app installs and subscriptions.
Implemented iPhone apps with Apple Watch features and iPad apps for photography, digital greeting cards, and productivity, which are currently in the Apple App Store marketplace.
Generated product ideas and led concept validation, market research, financial analysis, and selected monetization models. Developed wireframes, workflows, prototypes, feature prioritization, and product roadmaps. Aligned product, engineering, and marketing to deliver a unified approach to product pre-release and post-release activities. Ran product usage and sales analytics and gathered customer feedback to make necessary product updates and marketing adjustments. Assembled highly skilled UX/UI, engineering, QA, and marketing teams from India, Ukraine, and the United States.

Vaccination Compliance Website and Tablet apps Product Management

Occupational Health Department of the University of California San Francisco is responsible for giving and tracking over 15,000 flu vaccines every year to employees.
Previously, the flu vaccines were recorded on 15,000 pieces of paper in triplicate. The process was inefficient, data entry errors were common, manual counting of forms was time consuming, and labor costs were significant.
Replaced the entire manual process with an iPad app. The iPads were distributed to nurses during the flu season. The iPad app was connected to the hospital’s secure VPN Wi-Fi and linked to a central database in compliance with healthcare HIPAA and PII requirements.
The database provided accurate vaccination volume and progress across clinics and locations, with real-time reporting to city health department and vaccination inventory managers.

FedEx Global Branding website

FedEx is the world's largest logistics transportation company.
Architected and developed a customized, secure website extranet to manage thousands of branding and marketing digital assets used by FedEx brunches around the world. Worked closely with Landor, FedEx branding and marketing agency partner, to deliver over 2,000 dynamically generated pages with an intuitive navigation by FedEx business units.
Via this secure website extranet, FedEx was able to enforce consistent branding from the letterhead logo to the logo on trucks and airplanes, and to manage brand elements worldwide.

Adidas Original Stores Social website

Implemented store generated social content website for Adidas Original stores across the USA.
The new website promoted brand loyalty by keeping customers engaged with store events, news, and new product releases.
Store employees used website to publish in-store event photos, stream music videos, promote mailing list sign-up, and provide store contact information, hours and location.
Formed multidisciplinary team, managed client relationship, architected and designed the highly visible, consumer-facing website. The website featured innovative dynamic AJAX technologies, multiple browser compatibility, data caching techniques to ensure high performance, user generated content forms, secure content management system and approval process backend.

Course Catalog and Registration website

For Stanford University Professional Development, implemented a scalable and powerful course catalog website, where thousands of users can browse class catalogs, search classes by keywords and register for classes.
The system architecture was designed with high performance as a top priority and can handle over 40,000 visitors per day.
The system was managed by an easy-to-use, secure, content management system backend Intranet.
