I'm a passionate Web, Mobile, and AI Product Leader with 10+ years of experience leading products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to execution and growth.
I've been fortunate to work with amazing teams at Fortune 500 companies, including Adobe, Autodesk, Macy's, and Visa, as well as many smaller companies and startups. I founded Copotential Consulting, which focused on product strategy, planning, development, and growth, implementing AI internally and in products to accelerate speed to market, reduce costs, increase quality, enhance personalization, and deliver greater product value. I also founded and operate Digiguys Apps, a portfolio of 16+ iOS apps and web subscription properties with 10% conversion rates and 30% year-over-year growth. Digiguys has been my platform to build products end-to-end, serve real customers, stay hands-on, and put innovative ideas into practice. This dual experience—consulting and product ownership—gives me both strategic vision and hands-on execution depth.
My approach blends strategic vision with practical execution for product discovery, engagement, conversion, and retention. I'm a customer-focused and data-driven product leader, with particular expertise in leveraging AI to drive product innovation and deliver real customer value.

An AI product consultant helps businesses leverage artificial intelligence to create, improve, and scale digital products. Across the product lifecycle, AI plays a different role at each stage. During strategy, AI accelerates market research, identifies competitive patterns, analyzes customer behavior, and serves as a sounding board for product direction. During planning, AI helps prioritize features, model scenarios, and synthesize user feedback at scale. During development, AI generates code, automates testing, and accelerates prototyping. During growth, AI powers personalization, optimizes conversion funnels, and uncovers retention insights from product data. The consultant's role is to guide your team on where AI creates the most value—and where it doesn't.
AI can improve your product in two ways: internally and externally. Internally, applying AI to your development process cuts costs, reduces time to market, and produces higher-quality code through AI-assisted development, automated QA, and intelligent documentation. Externally, AI enhances the product your customers use—through personalized experiences, natural language interfaces, intelligent recommendations, predictive features, and automated support. The combination of both creates a compounding advantage: you build faster while delivering more customer value.
I've worked across a range of industries with leading companies: creative software and SaaS at Adobe and Autodesk, omnichannel eCommerce at Macy's and Bloomingdale's, healthcare at UCSF Medical Center, financial services at Visa, and consumer mobile apps through my own company, Digiguys Apps. I've also consulted for a Web3 decentralized and distributed AI global training platform. Earlier in my career, I served as a product owner and engineer for organizations including Stanford, Adidas, and FedEx. This breadth of experience allows me to bring cross-industry insights and best practices to every engagement.
I work with both. I've delivered products at Fortune 500 companies like Adobe, Autodesk, Macy's, and Visa, and I've also worked with many startups and small businesses. I genuinely enjoy helping smaller companies—they move fast, every decision matters, and the impact is immediate. AI is especially powerful for small businesses, enabling them to prototype quickly, experiment affordably, and optimize with data-driven insights that were previously only accessible to large enterprises.
A product manager is typically an internal, full-time role embedded within a company's team, responsible for the day-to-day ownership of a product—roadmap, backlog, stakeholders, and delivery. A product consultant is an external expert brought in for strategic guidance, specialized expertise, or to accelerate specific initiatives. Consultants bring an outside perspective, cross-industry experience, and the ability to ramp quickly without the overhead of a full-time hire. In practice, I often operate as both—combining strategic consulting with hands-on product leadership to drive real outcomes.
It starts with understanding the problem and the customer. I assess your product's current state, identify customer needs and pain points, and evaluate product-market fit to determine where AI creates genuine value—not just novelty. Generative AI can produce text, code, voice, images, and video, but the key question is: how does it help your customer? From there, I develop a practical integration plan—whether that's adding a conversational assistant, automating a workflow, personalizing the experience, or enhancing content creation—and work with your team through implementation, testing, and iteration.
Results span both internal operations and the product itself. Internally, consulting improves processes to cut costs, increase speed to market, and align teams around clear priorities. For the product, you can expect stronger competitive positioning, increased customer value, improved engagement and conversion metrics, and a clearer product strategy grounded in data and customer insight. Every engagement is different, but the goal is always the same: measurable business and customer value.
My process follows four phases. Assessment—I evaluate your current product, market position, customer data, and team capabilities to understand where you are. Recommendations—I deliver a strategic roadmap with prioritized initiatives, quick wins, and long-term opportunities. Execution—I work alongside your team to implement the plan, whether that's product strategy, AI integration, or growth optimization. Measurement—I establish KPIs and feedback loops to track progress, iterate, and ensure the work delivers the expected outcomes. Throughout, I maintain close collaboration with your team—this is a partnership, not a handoff.
